The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cuci22 may close all duplicate accounts and void all associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

4.4 Currency. All accounts on cuci22 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. cuci22 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.5 Matched Payment Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to technical availability. cuci22 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified methods where matching is not technically possible.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount applies before withdrawal.
5.2 Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, abuse, or coordinated activity with other members constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

9.3 cuci22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to cuci22 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.4 cuci22 shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, or failures of third-party service providers.
10.1 cuci22 is committed to responsible gaming. All gambling products are provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of income or financial remedy.
10.2 cuci22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members through the account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies specified under cuci22's licensing authority.
13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or account transactions, members must submit a formal dispute in writing via live chat or email within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window will not be considered.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
